About 18 years ago, I started competing in fitness and competition necessary to image lower my body fat. I have about 22 percent body fat and is required to reach 16 percent.

After overdosing on protein at first, I am focusing on fresh vegetable-based diet that includes 65 grams of protein a day based on animals. I feel strong and full of energy, and never hungry. I lean to ready for the competition and placed second. Since then, I've been on the basis of the way I eat (and cook) paleo lifestyle.
