A group of pharmacists, led by Pharm. Mohammed Nasir Sani, CEO/Registrar has been commissioned from the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN), Ahmed Mora on the exact position of the Council just as they urged him to keep up the good work he's done since he took office as Registrar PCN.
Speaking at a press conference in Abuja, Sani counted Mora's achievements to include repositioning PCN to ensure better regulation and control of pharmaceutical practice and education in Nigeria.
Hear it, "includes settings for the zone offices in each of the six geo-politik zone in addition to offices in all the 36 States of the Federation and the FCT, bringing the total number of offices to 44 of the 4 he inherited when he took the job. It increases the power of 99 to 260 staff and has gained more than 50 operational vehicle fleet "in PCN's.
Going down memory lane, Sani recalled, "Mora taught for 24 years, from 1986 till date free at Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in what can best be described as gives back to alma-eye what it gave her"
The same group of undertakings within laudable Registrar brings together the old boys who gave rise to the construction of twin faculty capacity 250-seat lecture theatre by Taraba State Government commissioned last month and was named after Professor Gabriel Osuide, pioneer of the Dean of the faculty.
